You can find a list of places to download or watch the fansubs here
1.)http://www.animea.net/download/71/Mushishi.html This site has direct download for most of the series. They're in AVI format, so they should play on all computers.
2.)http://www.animecrazy.net/category/completed-anime-shows/mushishi/ This site has the episodes streaming from veoh. The quality's pretty good too
